We only accept payments in EURO.

Transaction Fees

We do not charge any transaction fees.


After we receive returned goods, we process refunds within 5 working days. Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

Payment Processing Time

All payments are processed instantly, except for direct bank transfers which can take up to 5 working days.

Chargebacks and Disputes

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. In case of issues with shipments or product dissatisfaction, we refund the complete amount upon receiving the returned products. For missing orders, we wait for the shipping company to finish the investigation, which may take up to 21 days.
